Tailored Implementation in Chronic Diseases

Multiple participating journals
This article collection reports on the Tailored Implementation for Chronic Diseases (TICD) project. The TICD project developed and tested programs to improve healthcare for patients with chronic diseases in five European countries, and examined methods for tailoring such programs to target groups and settings. Read the introduction to the project here. The Tailored Implementation for Chronic Diseases project is funded by the European Community under its Framework 7 program. This collection of articles has undergone each journal’s standard peer review process and the participating journal Editors declare no competing interests.
