He also serves as Assistant Director for Industry-Academia Linkage and Business Manager for Food & Services. With over 12 years of experience, he has contributed to numerous research projects and authored over 100 high-impact publications. Dr. Afzaal has received the Research Productivity Award and the Outstanding Researcher Award at his university and is a life member of the Pakistan Society of Food Scientists & Technologists (PSFST)

    Muhammad Nadeem, PhD, University of Florida, USA Dr. Muhammad Nadeem is a Visiting Scholar at the University of Florida and an Associate Professor at the University of Sargodha. He earned his PhD in Food Sciences in 2011 and has published 213 research papers, including 27 with high index scores. His research focuses on value addition of fruits and vegetables, food chemistry, and food safety. He has participated in training sessions with USAID and the Institute of Food Technologists, as well as a course on food processing in Beijing, China.
